EperID is our own KYC (Know Your Customer) development.With this solution, we help our customers with remote identification. This solution of ours was introduced in Allianz under the name MyToken. With the help of this app, remote customer identification is carried out. The user takes a photo of the necessary documents and the app automatically fills in the data based on the photo. We then take a selfie to validate that the customer is really the one who appears on the documents, and a hand signal defined by the application must also be shown on the selfie, thus validating that he is not using a pre-made photo. The clerk receives a summary PDF document of the notification, on the basis of which they can identify the customer.

Together with MABISZ (Hungarian Insurance Assosication), we developed the Digiclaim application. With the help of this app, the paper-based form can be replaced.
